Just a few extras.
I believe we should incorporate the "Death Rag" rule. Everyone should have a RED RAG of some kind on their person at all times during battle. When eliminated from combat take out the rag and place it on your head. Make sure it stays on as you exit the battlefield. Another rule is "Dead Men Don't Talk". This rule is self explanatory, and is simply saying that while your DEAD you cannot talk to your team and inform them of enemy positioning. In addition to these two rules I believe military decorum should be shown by members and those with intentions to join.
Military Decorum
--Must show the ability to follow orders.
--Must be willing to salute commanding officers.
--Must be trustworthy and show good sportsmanship.
These are my thoughts and suggestions.

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
Well, I think they atleast need to be able to follow orders and are responcible for sure. For the Death Rag rule. It would probably be a good idea just to start using medics. Games would last longer too.

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
Yeah sounds good to me!: Medics.
We need to have tryouts for other people who want to join. I'll be the one in charge of that since I'm the recruitment officer. Patrick, do you want to be drill sergeant or anything?

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
What does the drill sergeant have to do? I mean why would we need one? If you need to see what official medic rules look like I can post them at any time, just let me know.

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
I like Jesse's idea of medics. As for the standard, would one have to have that in order to be in Raven Guard?

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
the requirements are undergoing reconstruction. We're making them more practical. Once we've decided on our basic needs, I'll repost them.

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
The goggles are requirements for AFA/Bad Karma games. As far as the radio, you can get one fairly cheap at Rural King.

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
I wouldn't go with the ghillie suit Aaron. It's extremely bulky, hot, and unpractical. Not to mention, it's for snipers. You have an AK-47, not a sniper rifle...

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
Agreed with Shadow, although they do offer some benafits. Like stealth. Figure out your playing style first, and after some ravenguard training, see what works best for you.

Re: Squad member requirements. (UPDATED)
I kinda want to point something out. Gear is good and can be a great help (even a life saver), but it should not replace skill. We can't get so focused on getting gear that we don't work on our own skill.
(Just a precaution.)
